In my not so humble opinion, the Enter
the Kettlebell (Pavel Tsatsouline)
Rite of Passage Program, known in KB
circles as ETK ROP is one of the
greatest training protocols ever
developed for martial artists of all kinds
Strength, conditioning,mental
toughness,and flexibility are all
developed to high levels, while allowing
the trainee enough time and rest to get
the very most out of their MMA,
wrestling, kickboxing, etc. training. The
Program minimum of two exercises is
more than adequate to meet virtually
anyone's strength and conditioning,
especially if you are heavily involved in
your sport and/or other activities, and
thus feel that the Rite Of Passage may
simply be too much for you to
handle----but still adequately meeting
your physical preparedness needs.
You can very easily alternate Program
Minimum(PM) stretches with the ROP,
according to your needs. If you are
really focused on developing your
submission wrestling, or blocking and
tackling, or boxing skills, or whatever,
focus on the Program Minimum of the
awesome Turkish Get-Up and the the
amazing Swing, and you will improve in
strength and endurance while building
your sport proficiency, strengthening
and injury-proofing your back, building
a vice-like grip, and much more.
Experience the 'WTH" effect! If you
need to really improve physically
across the board, then give The Rite
of Passage your all while having the
time and energy to at the very least
maintain your sport skill-set. If you
have never tried the Secret Service
Snatch Test, be prepared, you will
never do anything harder in your
life----believe me. Brutal! If you are
serious about training, you must have
Enter The Kettlebell!!!
