DON'T THINK THAT YOU CAN GET STRONG, VERY STRONG WITH BODYWEIGHT CALISTHENICS? THINK AGAIN!!! NOTE, THIS NOT YOUR USUAL HIGH-REP, "GET TONED" STUFF, BUT RATHER HARD-CORE STRENGTH TRAINING---FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH.

What do old-time strongmen, boxers, wrestlers, and many other athletes
have in common? They all have used calisthenics in their training, most
on an on-going basis. There is certainly nothing wrong with the 30
jumping jacks, 15 push-ups and sit-ups, 10 squat thrusts, occasional rope
climbing and a little running like former generations did in gym class, it
helps you stay reasonably fit. Most people don't know, however, that some
of the strongest, best physically prepared athletes of all-time have used
calisthenics as their primary STRENGTH training tool, from Greco-Roman
times on. "Old School" calisthenics are different fare, altogether. One arm
push-ups and pull-ups (yes, one arm on both), one leg squats, handstand
work, various forms of bridging, "REAL" AB WORK( NO CRUNCHES
ALLOWED, COMRADES) and other similar, very demanding exercises
have built many, many strong men over the centuries. Look at
gymnasts! The two remarkable programs offered here are similar in certain
aspects, but both are unique, and I personally believe that the two
together will provide any trainee, from rank beginner to advanced athlete
with only resources that they will ever need to become very strong,
regardless of where your strength journey begins. From Coach Wade's
"progressions" to Pavel's space age high-tension techniques, every drill,
resource, tip, and program is made available to you. Note the similarities
between The Naked Warriors "GTG" program to Coach
Wade's"Consolidation" training---great principles are universal. Try one or
both today and enjoy HUGE strength gains! DO YOU WANT EVEN
MORE OF A CHALLENGE?THEN ADD THE ULTIMATE
CONDITIONING TOOL AS A COMPLEMENT TO YOUR
STRENGTH TRAINING, KENNETH JAY'S VIKING
WARRIOR CONDITIONING!!!
Ancient Greek Olympians, Roman Gladiators, wrestling legends Karl Gotch, Dan Gable, and Ed Banach, NFL greats Ray Lewis & Herschel Walker, Bruce Lee,world-class gymnasts, the great Eugene Sandow, and many more, used bodyweight training as a major component of their strength and conditioning programs. Why aren't you? .See video at the bottom of the page and you will see what I am talking about.
